In 1997, OmniSpecialty acquired PDS (formerly Palmer Davis Seika) and established a High Performance Materials group. The industries supplied by these materials include: electronic, composite, aerospace, and various other high performance applications.
In 2002, OmniSpecialty purchased Napp Technologies from Purdue Industries. By incorporating Napp Technologies with OmniSpecialty Corporation, we now provide both a distribution and manufacturing ability to the pharmaceutical and personal care industry.
The range of products offered by OmniSpecialty continues to grow and expand. We continue to look for opportunities to provide additional value to our customers and suppliers.
